SOLUTION: This extraction method comprises the first step of moving the substance 16a in the first laminar flow 11a of the first liquid to the second laminar flow 11b of the second liquid by sending the first liquid and the second liquid into a flow path 10 so that the first liquid and the second liquid form one or more laminar flows respectively and each of the formed laminar flows of the first liquid is brought into contact with each of the formed laminar flows of the second liquid alternately and the second step of separating the second liquid from the first liquid on the downstream side of the path 10.
