PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance assemblability of a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A plurality of collar parts 2a and collar parts 2b are provided in the longitudinal direction, the heat exchanger is constituted of a plurality of fins 2 lined with them, a heat transfer tube 1 provided with a plurality of meandering parts in the vertical direction, and side plates 4 disposed on both sides of the fins, and the heat transfer tube 1 is inserted into the collar parts 2a, 2b, 4a and 4b of the fin 2 and the side plates 4 from one direction.
