PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shirt sleeve finisher, and a shirt sleeve finishing method capable of excellently finishing the sleeve from a part just under a cuff to a shoulder part. SOLUTION: In this shirt sleeve finishing method, when a longitudinal dimension of the sleeve main body X is longer than a dimension of a hot plate 15 in the longitudinal direction of the sleeve main body X, the whole of the sleeve main body X is finished by moving any one of the hot plate 15 and a sleeve stand 8 along the longitudinal direction of the sleeve main body X between a position A, in which an edge 15a of the hot plate 15 positioned in a cuff K side and a joint T of the cuff K nearly coincide with each other, and a position B, in which an edge 15b of the hot plate 15 positioned in a shirt body Y side and a joint S of the sleeve main body X coincide with each other.
