PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for filling in a through hole by a roller coater in which the number of processes is reduced as compared with a known technology, and an application yield and coating quality are improved. SOLUTION: A knife is set above an application roller fitted to the roller coater. In a rotation press application process, ink is spread and applied by the knife simultaneously with rotation transfer-application, a plate body after application is sent back once after the completion of the application and coating applied on the plate body is smoothed by rotation press-correction. The number of times of application treatment is reduced, and a yield and coating quality are improved.
