PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Ferris wheel capable of using an inside space of the movement of a Ferris wheel car as a part of a building. SOLUTION: In this Ferris wheel attached to the building B, an annular fixed frame K for guiding the Ferris car 1 is a substantially longitudinal ellipse. The lowermost part of the annular fixed frame K corresponds to a middle floor 10 of the building B. A part G of the building B is projected into the inside of the annular fixed frame K.
