POLYPEPTIDE COMPLEX HAVING DNA RECOMBINANT ACTIVITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material having a high homological conjugation activity, and further to provide a method for producing the material, a vector usable in the production method, and a transformant having the high homological conjugation activity. SOLUTION: The complex of Xrcc2 and Rad51D is produced by expressing a DNA encoding the Xrcc2 and the Rad51D, and collecting the complex of the Xrcc2 and the Rad51D. The vector including the DNA encoding the Xrcc2 and the Rad51D is constructed. The transformant is obtained by enhancing the expression of the DNA encoding the Xrcc2 and the Rad51D.
