<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a technique for reducing generation of greenhouse effect gas. SOLUTION: In a process for manufacturing an environment purifying material by utilizing waste, or the like, as a main raw material, generation of carbonaceous gas is suppressed by subjecting waste timber or combustible waste, or the like, which has been incinerated to high temperature dry distillation and obtained charcoal/active carbon, or the like, is shut in the environment purifying material so as to be turned to incombustibles. Further, active carbon having deteriorated adsorbing performance after sole use is reactivated as much as possible to reduce the rate of incineration as fuel. Thereby generation of the greenhouse effect gas is reduced in total.</p> |
