PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion body preventing deterioration of body pressure dispersibility even when a hardness level of a base body is raised, and providing an effect of providing comparatively hard protruding shapes in a base body surface (an effect of wholly and uniformly lying on a hard object and not being buried in a soft object). SOLUTION: The cushion body is formed with a plurality of protrusions 20 on a surface of the base body 10 of soft foam. The protrusions 20 comprise mushroom parts 21 and shaft parts 22. When a height of the mushroom part 21 is expressed as 21H, its width is 21W, a height of a shaft part 22 is 22H, and its width is 22W, the shape of a protrusion 20 satisfies a relationship of 0.2<(21H/21W)<=0.5, 0.5<(22H/21H)<=1.0, and 0.5<=(22W/21W)<=0.9. |
