PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twin cartridge type water purifier which has a structure of being provided with a display tower for displaying cartridge exchanging time, is compact and has large water purifying treating capacity. SOLUTION: A pair of cartridges 600 for purifying water having different water purifying functions are loaded, a flow rate sensor 420 is installed at a joint 300 joining between the pair of cartridges for purifying water, a joining part to a water feed pipe and a water supply pipe for being connected with the outside is made freely turning right and left so as to be able to be taken out from either side of a base. Further, a cartridge of a water supply side is packed with granular active carbon, a cartridge 600 of a water discharging side is packed with hollow yarn units and water feed side of the hollow yarn units is filled with fibrous active carbon serving also as fine particle filter in common. Further, cartridge exchanging time is displayed, a through hole for discharging collected water due to dew condensation is disposed at a bottom of a bottomed hole in which the cartridge is loaded and projected lines on a peripheral wall of the cartridge are freely attachably/detachably fastened.
