PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support for knock-down furniture capable of rigidly fixing a shelf board, a box or the like inserted in between after finishing assem bly without impairing easiness of assembly and disassembly and simplicity which are features of tow support type knock-down furniture. SOLUTION: A substantially circular center part 11a and arm parts 11e projecting in four directions form the center part 11a are provided in a cross section. A hollow small diameter part 11c with a smaller diameter is provided in an interior of the center part 11a, and the arm part 11e comprises a substantially square shaped foundation part 11i in an inner circumference side and a rail part 11j in an outer circumference side. In the center part 11a, strength of the support 11 itself is enhanced by the small diameter part 11c in the interior. In the arm part 11e, strength is also enhanced by the foundation part 11i in the inner circumference side. By the rigid foundation part 11i, strength of the rail part 11j in the outer circumference side is also enhanced, and the shelf board or the box can be rigidly fixed just by one support on one side.
