PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial live fish pond capable of constituting the suitable environment where fishes are made to live for culturing, preventing eggs or fry, etc., of the fishes from flowing from the pond into an ordinary river and suitably protecting the natural environment. SOLUTION: This artificial live fish pond is designed to discharge underground water, store the water in a pond 10 and adjust the pond 10 to the environment for making the fishes live. The artificial live fish pond is characterized by installing a well 18 for drawing up the underground water from the underground permeation layer, an upstream discharge pipe 22 arranged at one end side of the pond 10 and discharging the underground water to the pond 10, a feed pipe 20 arranged communicating with the upstream discharge pipe 22 and crossing the pond 10 along the bottom of the of the pond 10 and a downstream discharge pipe 24 connected to the end of the feed pipe 20 and discharging the underground water on the other end side of the pond 10.
