PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disinfecting-cleaning method capable of completely removing and surely sterilizing a stain of a dialyzer and a dialyzing line, and having no fear of generating THM. SOLUTION: Cleaning by an alkaline aqueous solution of pH 9.5 or more including no hypochlorous acid and cleaning by an acid aqueous solution of pH 4.0 or less are applied to this artificial dialyzer and a dialyzing fluid line communicating with this dialyzer. |
