PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiled egg manufacturing machine and a manufacturing method thereof capable of efficiently making boiled eggs at low costs by heating a liquid containing raw eggs at a high speed using induction heating. SOLUTION: The boiled egg manufacturing machine comprises a vessel for storing a specified number of raw eggs, a heating means integrally or separately arranged on the vessel and capable of heating the liquid in the vessel, a heating coil capable of making the heating means perform induction heating, and a transistor inverter for supplying a high-frequency current to the heating coil. The liquid is heated using induction heating by the heating means and the raw eggs contained in the vessel are boiled. The heating means is formed of a metal ball rotatably stored in the vessel. An eggshell peeling means for peeling eggshells of boiled eggs using suction action, which are boiled using the induction heating by the heating means, and/or a scratch forming means for forming scratches of a specified depth on the surface of the raw eggs is provided. |
