PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko ball feeding counter and a pachinko ball output counter for slot game machines using pachinko balls which can count pachinko balls quickly. SOLUTION: The pachinko ball feeding counter 10 for a slot game machine using pachinko balls is arranged below a pachinko ball inlet cylinder body 32 and a pachinko ball pass sensor 34 is disposed successively at the lower end part of the pachinko ball inlet cylinder body 32. A pachinko ball housing hole 38 is formed in the outer circumference part 36A of a rotary gear 36 of the pachinko ball feeding counter 10 at the slot game machine using pachinko balls piercing it. A pachinko ball drop blocking plate body 40 having a notch part 42 is arranged below the rotary gear 36. The rotary gear 36 is transmitted of rotating forces of a drive gear 44 through a belt 48.
