PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable structure of a fleece blanket which achieves lightness and a peculiar softness in material touch and a remarkable heat reserving performance by using a fleece material and eliminates inconvenience in handling attributed to its liability to wear and yarn breakages. SOLUTION: The fleece blanket comprises a fleece surface cloth 20 produced by napping the surface of circular knitted fabrics made of polyester fibers, a fleece lining fabric 30 produced by napping the surface of circular knitted fabrics made of polyester fibers and a polyester cotton 40 which is inserted between the fleece surface cloth and the non-napped rear side of the fleece lining fabric while being guilt finished integrally on the fleece lining fabric. The fleece surface cloth is formed with patch works in rectangular parts 20P and the rectangular parts are sewn on the circular knitted fabrics so arranged by shifting the direction W of knitting alternately at the right angle.
