PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knock-down furniture exhibiting a fine looking appearance after finishing assembly without impairing easiness of assembly and disassembly which are substantial requirements for knock-down furniture. SOLUTION: In the knock-down furniture including at least two supports and a stay 14 horizontally fixed between the two supports, the stay 14 comprises a substantially U shaped body part 14a and a lid part 14b sealing an opening of the body part 14a, and a fastener 15 for fixing the stay 14b on a support is fit in an interior of the body part 14a.
