PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing cotton candy which is free from troubles of generating sparks at a contacting point between a brush and a spring, causing their abrasion, and generating heat at the contacting point between them by improving the brush device of a heater of a rotary kiln. SOLUTION: In a cotton candy manufacturing apparatus for household use having a tray which is detached and attached to the main body, a brush device supplying electric current to a heater of a rotary kiln is constituted by mounting a carbon brush energized in the direction of a spring in a brush holder by the spring, and thereby the brush can contact the spring with a constant strength by means of the energizing power of the spring.
