摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method enabling soybeans limited in utilization as a home-cooking food material to be easily processed into various kinds of food product. SOLUTION: This food is produced through the following process: boiling or steaming soybeans so as to be softened, pasting the thus softened soybeans, adding edible oil to the pasted soybeans little by little, speedily stirring the mixture to obtain a pasty cooking material. The thus obtained cooking material is used as a base for various kinds of food. This pasty cooking material is formulated with some other food materials, e.g. grains such as rice, grain flour, starch, fish and shellfish, meat, farm products, and wild vegetables in an uncooked, stewed or mashed condition, according to desired foods to make the resultant mixture required food.
