PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search for a new G-protein-coupled receptor protein effective for prophylaxis and therapy for central diseases, cancers, alimentary diseases, etc., and to elucidate functions. SOLUTION: This new G-protein-coupled receptor protein comprises an amino acid sequence which is the same or substantially the same as a specific amino acid sequence derived from human small intestines or its salt. A polynucleotide encoding the same is provided. Uses thereof for medicinal uses, etc., are further provided. |
