PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an equipment for creating alkaline waste water which perform the neutralization of alkaline waste water efficiently and sagely at low-cost and effectively utilize excessive carbon dioxide gas which is generated in an alcohol fermentation process in the manufacture of alcohol drinks. SOLUTION: The method for treating alkaline waste water collects the excessive carbon dioxide gas which is generated in the alcoholic fermentation process of alcohol drinks, the collected carbon dioxide gas is supplied to alkaline waste water which is generated in the manufacture process of alcohol drinks and the pH value of the waste water is reduced. The equipment 10 for treating alkaline waste water is provided with an adjustment tank 11 which stores the alkaline waste water generated in the manufacture process of alcohol drinks and an air diffusing nozzle 21 which aerates excessive carbon dioxide gas generated in the alcoholic fermentation process of the alcohol drinks to the waste water in the adjustment tank 11. |
