<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recycling organic wastes by which organic wastes such as wet refuse, food waste, or the like, can be effectively recycled into resources and their energy can be effectively used. SOLUTION: Organic waste is subjected to methane fermentation in a methane fermentation facility 3 having a membrane separation device 6, and the biogas produced in the methane fermentation facility 3 is used as a fuel to generate electric power by a micro gas turbine 7. The generated power is supplied to the methane fermentation facility 3 as the power to drive the facility. The fermentation residue concentrated by the membrane separation device 6 in the methane fermentation facility 3 is supplied to a drying machine 8 while the waste heat discharged from the micro gas turbine is supplied as the heat source for the drying machine 8 to compost and dry the fermentation residue.</p> |
