PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid in which an outer lid and a lid ring can be easily combined and that has a good appearance. SOLUTION: In a lid 1 having an outer lid 3 of a lower end opening that forms a crust, and a lid ring 4 having a peripheral lower edge 4a forming the inside of a lid and bending downward, and in which the lower end opening edge 3a of the outer lid 3 and the peripheral lower edge 4a of the lid ring 4 are engaged with each other, a curbed surface R is formed in the inside of the lower end opening edge 3a of the outer lid 3, the underside of the peripheral lower edge 4a of the lid ring 4 is provided above the underside of the edge 3a of the lower end opening of the outer lid 3, and within an areaγin which the curved surface R of an outer lid 4 is formed.
