PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a belt-type oil separating system to be used in common at a plurality of draining tanks to reduce its installation space and equipment cost by movably using the oil separating system needed for each draining tank for supporting the clarification of oily waste water, or the like, of a factory. SOLUTION: This system can easily move while housing a belt in its system body.
