PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid-immobilized product, namely a product immobilized with an oligonucleotide enabling a target nucleic acid to be effectively captured, and to provide a method for immobilizing such a target nucleic acid using the product. SOLUTION: This nucleic acid-immobilized product is such that a nucleic acid including an oligonucleotide sequence for capturing a target nucleic acid where part or the whole of the nucleotides are substituted by nucleotide analogue is immobilized via covalent bond onto a carrier; wherein the nucleotide analogue to be used in the product is e.g. LNA(locked nucleic acid), PNA(peptide nucleic acid). This product can efficiently capture a target nucleic acid and can be used for immobilizing the target nucleic acid; the thus obtained target nucleic acid-immobilized product is useful for nucleic acid detection, gene expression analysis and nucleic acid base sequence determination.
