PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both an artificial bait coated with a color luminous coating in which in a drying process of a color luminous coating, particles of a luminous agent can be kept in a diffused state in a coating layer without precipitation, neither a colored material nor a patterned material is impaired even if a luminous pigment is directly applied to the colored material or the patterned material without undercoating with a colored coating, a light storage efficiency is high, an emission time is long and a constant luminance can be maintained and its storage case. SOLUTION: A coating stock solution obtained by mixing a pigment blended synthetic resin with a curing agent is formulated with a luminous agent, a dispersant and an anti-settling agent. The color luminous coating in which the particles of the luminous coating can be continuously kept in a diffused state in the pigment blended synthetic resin layer by the actions of the dispersant and the anti-settling agent in the drying process of the pigment blended synthetic resin is applied to an artificial bait 1. This storage case has a means for irradiating the artificial bait with light.
