PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of combing scissors capable of preventing hair from being damaged and performing smooth haircut work. SOLUTION: In this pair of combing scissors, two cutters, that is, a cutter having a straight-flute knife edge and a comb-tooth cutter having alternations of a cutting blade part 4 and a partially missing cutting blade part 5 at the knife edge are connected to be freely opened and closed by a pivot shaft to rub each other. The corner part of the bottom 5' of the partially missing cutting blade part of the comb-tooth cutter is rounded.
