PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric pot allowing a user to easily understand the condition of electric power and time to replace batteries, which is capable of securely preventing trouble that a micro computer is reset. SOLUTION: The electric pot 1 comprises an inner vessel 4 provided in a pot body 2 for storing a liquid; an electric pump 7 for discharging the liquid inside the inner vessel 4; and a control circuit for supplying electricity from a commercial power source 30 to the electric pump 7 when it is connected with the commercial power source 30, and for supplying electricity from the batteries 31 to the electric pump 7 when it is not connected with the commercial power source 30. A display part 16 is provided for indicating weather the electricity for operating the electric pump 7 is supplied from the commercial power source 30 or the batteries 31. A battery voltage detecting device is also provided for detecting voltage of the batteries 31, and residual capacity of the batteries 31 is displayed on the display part 16.
