PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aid for correctly holding chop sticks which enables use thereof not only as a corrective practicing device but also as an ordinary tool as intact and allows users to move the chop sticks naturally and without uneasiness on fingers holding them by applying thereof simply with a simple structure, nothing worked on the body of the chop sticks. SOLUTION: In the aid 1 for correctively holding chop sticks, a reference chop sticks insertion part 2 having mounting insertion holes 2a and 3a at upper end parts of chop sticks is formed integrally with a moving chop sticks insertion part 3. The mounting insertion hole 3a of the moving chop sticks insertion part 3 is provided in a ring 3b so as to be freely stretch and oscillate through a circumferential bellows body 4 encircled concentrically inside the moving chop sticks insertion part 3.
