PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the action for putting taken-off clothes from a put-in port 10, and shield the put-in port 10 to hide the clothes inside a clothes housing box in usual. SOLUTION: In this taken-off clothes housing cabinet 5 formed with the put-in port 10, the put-in port 10 is provided with a shield plate 12 freely to be opened and closed, and provided with a lock mechanism 15 for maintaining the shield plate 12 in the opening condition. With this structure that the shield plate 12 for opening and closing the put-in port 1 is provided freely to be maintained in the opening condition, when taking the clothes off, the shield plate 12 of the put-in port 10 is locked to keep the opening condition, and the clothes are put into the taken-off clothes housing box 8 through the opened put-in port 10. Thereafter, the shield plate 12 is closed to hide the clothes housed in the taken-off clothes housing box 8.
