PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat part device for fishing and a footrest device used in this allowing fishing with the feet facing a water surface side. SOLUTION: The seat part device A for fishing is provided with the footrest device 1 allowing placement of the feet in a state facing the water surface side, a seat 2, leg members 3 and 3 capable of adjusting an inclination of the seat 2, and a seat back member 4. The footrest device 1 is provided with a pair of right and left turning arms 11 and 11 protruding downward from both side face part front parts of the seat 2 and a plate shaped footrest member 12 turnably provided between the turning arms 11 and 11. Leg attaching parts 23 allowing attachment and detachment of the leg members 3 are provided on two inner corner parts in a seat back member 4 side of the seat 2. Spacers 21 and 21a are provided on a front part side and a rear part side of a bottom face side of the seat 2 along a horizontal direction of the seat 2. A housing part 22 capable of housing the footrest device 1 in a folded state is composed in a lower face side of the seat 2 by a pace part provided between the spacers 21 and 21a.
