PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure vessel device in which a sample can be easily taken into and taken out of a treating chamber by a simple manner, the treating chamber is surely closed and the ingression of the dust occurring when opening and closing of a cap into the treating chamber is inhibited. SOLUTION: In the high pressure vessel device equipped with a cylindrical high pressure vessel part 6 having an opening part 4 at least at its one end in the axial direction and a treating chamber 5 at its inside, a cap part 7 for closing the opening part 4 so as to be freely opened and closed, and a seal part 8 for sealing between the chamber part 6 and the cap part 7, a dustproof means 9 for inhibiting the ingression of the dust generated from the seal part 8 into the treating chamber 5 is provided.
