PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the inhibition of soil loss in plant pots, flowerbeds, zones planted with trees, crop fields, slopes of cuts or banks and the sustained water retention in plant pots. SOLUTION: The concentration of the soil-aggregating agent solution is adjusted according to the quality of the soil and the formulation of the clay and the organics in the greening foundation material for plant pots and the solution is sprinkled or applied by means of a sprayer to form the soil- aggregated structure thereby the soil loss is inhibited. The soil-aggregating agent solution is also used in combination with a suitable amount of the water- retaining agent in the greening foundation material for plant pots.
