PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of preventing a washing water from leaking outside a washing chamber of a drawer-type dishwater. SOLUTION: The drawer-type dishwasher 10 is provided with a washer main body 20 of which the front surface is open, the washing chamber 22 of which an upper part is open and which is slid in forward and backward directions with respect to the washer main body 20, an opening/closing lid 42 for opening and closing the upper open part of the washing chamber 22, and guide mechanisms (45 and 54) for guiding the opening/closing lid 42 between an opening location and a closing location. The guide mechanisms (45 and 54) guide the opening/closing lid 42 in the vertical directions as restricting its movements in the forward and backward directions. Since the addition of pressure acting on a seal 57 for sealing the upper open part of the washing chamber 22 easily becomes uniform by restricting the movements of the opening/closing lid 42 in the forward and backward directions and enabling its movements in the vertical directions, it is possible to prevent the washing water from leaking outside the washing chamber 22 during the cleaning of tableware.
