PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stool cover which can be easily and cleanly fitted on a stool and has no possibility of getting out of place. SOLUTION: A cover main body 4 for the stool cover 3 is pile-stitched into a little wider belt-like shape than the width of the stool and in one of the long sides, a rubber 5 is knitted. the other long side is formed into a bag-like shape and a pipe 6 is inserted therein. Each short side of the cover main body 4 is formed in such a way that the central part is projected and a flat rubber braid 7 is made into a ring-like shape and is fixed by sewing on both ends of each short side and a hook 8 is respectively passed through one of the ring-like parts and on the central part of each short side, the flat rubber braids 9 and 10 are fixed by sewing in such a way that the end part is made into a ring-like shape and the hook 8 is passed through the longer rubber braid 9. Under a condition where the rubber braid 9 is hooked on the surface of the lid of the stool, the hook 8 is hooked in the ring-like part of the rubber braid 10.
