PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately regulate the flow rate of a coating by a flow rate regulation valve for supplying the coating. SOLUTION: In the flow rate regulation valve 10 for supplying the coating, a taper shape is provided to the needle part 52 of a valve disc 50 and a tapered inner surface inclined in the same direction as the taper shape is provided to a cylindrical valve seat 53 into which the needle part 52 is inserted. Then, the flow rate of the coating is regulated by regulating the relative position of the valve disc 50 and the cylindrical valve seat 53. The piston 34 of a control means 11 receives the air pressure in a housing 30 becoming a cylinder to urge the valve disc 50 in the direction for opening the gap between the valve disc 50 and the cylindrical valve seat 53. A compression coil spring 33 urges the piston 34 in the direction closing the gap between the valve disc 50 and the cylindrical valve seat 53. By regulating the air pressure, the flow rate of the coating is regulated.
