METHOD FOR PRODUCING FERMENTED FISH POWDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fermented fish powder having a high added value as a feed for a fish culture stably in a factory level and by a large amount, and to examine a possibility of the fish culture without using antibiotics by using the fermented fish powder. SOLUTION: This method for producing the fermented fish powder by propagating a filamentous fungus in fish powder is characterized by adding 20-100 pt.wt. carbohydrate raw material derived from a cereal, or protein raw material derived from the cereal to 100 pts.wt. fish powder based on dried material weights to make a raw material for fermentation, adding spores of filamentous fungus or spawns obtained by culturing the filamentous fungus for fermenting to the raw material and fermenting.
