PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a finger printing resistant resin composition having excellent formability and corrosion resistance by adding an appropriate amount of urethane resin and adjusting type, concentration ratio and particle size of silica to be added. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a finger printing resistant resin composition comprises the process of injecting 4 to 15 wt.% of polypropylene based wax, 10 to 20 wt.% of silica and 2 to 10 wt.% of wetting agent of ethanol or isopropyl alcohol for the total coating amount into a resin solution which is formed in a cold blend shape and prepared by adding 10 wt.% or less of acryl modified urethane resin to the prepared resin solution after preparing a resin solution in which acryl ethylene copolymer polymerized to gas phase having number average molecular weight of 7000 to 15000 is dispersed into water, wherein the method further comprises the process of drying the resin composition coated strip so that the strip reaches to temperature of 80 deg.C after coating the resin composition on a phosphate coated galvanized strip, wherein the surface treated strip is manufactured by adjusting coating thickness of the resin composition to about 1 micrometer.
