PURPOSE: A colored noodle having two different layers is provided, thereby cheaply producing the colored noodle having an improved color and taste. CONSTITUTION: The colored noodle having two different layers is produced by independently kneading mixtures of wheat flour and water in each different kneading machine to prepare two sheets of dough(2,2') having different compositions and colors; overlapping two sheets of dough(2,2') for noodle and pressing them to prepare one sheet of dough(1) for noodle; and incising the dough sheet(1) to prepare the color noodle strips having two different layers. Alternatively, the colored noodle having two different layers is also produced by independently kneading mixtures of wheat flour and water in each different kneading machine to prepare two masses of dough having different compositions and colors; attaching one mass of a dough to another and pressing them to prepare one sheet of dough for noodle; and incising the dough sheet(1) with a knife to prepare the color noodle strips having two different layers. |
