PURPOSE: Provided is a method for automatically producing traditional fried foods by using a kneading molding machine or a stuffer, thereby massively producing high quality of traditional fried foods. CONSTITUTION: The method for automatically producing traditional fried foods comprises the steps of: mixing 5 to 80 wt.% of boiled or gelatinized wheat flour kneading, 5 to 45 wt.% of ground cooked egg, 0.1 to 10 wt.% of dietary fiber, 0.1 to 10 wt.% of a thickening stabilizer and 0.1 to 20 wt.% of starch to prepare kneading for traditional fried foods; inserting a main material into the kneading; and freezing it. |
