PURPOSE: A method for a real time voice guide through the Internet in a mass traffic institution is provided to enable a foreign visitor to telephone a travel helper with respect to anxious contents and obtain wanted information rapidly using one's native language at any time and at any place when the foreign visitor travels using a mass traffic unit. CONSTITUTION: A computer connected to a wireless Internet is mounted in each mass traffic unit, respectively. The current position sensor(GPS(Global Positioning System)) is mounted in the computer. A mike, a headphone, a speaker, a guide button, etc. are mounted in a driver seat and a plurality of passenger seats. If a visitor presses and asks a question, the question is transmitted to a guide computer mounted in the mass traffic unit(for example, bus), the wireless Internet, and a guide server computer through the mike. A main guide helper listens to the question and checks the language of the visitor, and connects a guide helper who speaks the language to the visitor. Thus, the guide helper and the visitor carry on a dialogue, the guide helper converses with the driver, and the guide helper guides the visitor in contents necessary for travel. |
