PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to change only wet part due to excretion by adhering a back sheet only to a width direction central area of the most outer layer sheet in an absorbing body and fixing together both side edges of the belly and back side parts of the most outer layer sheet to form the openings for a waist and a pair of legs. SOLUTION: Disposable paper diaper as an absorptive article is provided with an absorptive article body 3, including a liquid permeable top sheet 15, a back sheet 16 that corresponds to the top sheet 15 and an absorbing body 17 that is placed between these sheets 15 and 16, and a water repellent most outer sheet 2, which binds user's waist up and keeps abutting the absorptive article body 3 on the skin on wearing. The absorbing body 17 has a shape of recessing to its central part, a sandglass style or a T-form. An elastic material 4 in the recessed central part of the absorbing body 17 is extended along the absorbing body 17 in the longitudinal direction, and the back sheet 16 is put only on the central area 25 of the absorptive article body 3 in the width direction and adhered to the most outer layer sheet 2. |
