PURPOSE: To provide the component of a shoe which has air permeability and equips waterproofness and has moderate elasticity by providing space for interposing crossover yarn connecting the rear fabric to the front fabric between both sides and specifying resistance to water pressure and moisture permeability. CONSTITUTION: A film is provided on at least one side of a cloth in which space for interposing a crossover yarn connecting the rear fabric to the front fabric between both sides is provided. Resistance to water pressure is regulated to >=1000mmH2 O/cm<2> and moisture permeability is regulated to >=3000g/m<2> .24 hours. A polyurethane polymer solution containing a water repellent, polyisocyanates and a nonionic surfactant in an amount within a prescribed range is used as a coating liquid. Thereby, the film 5 is formed on the surface of the cloth and simultaneously hollow parts 8, 8', 8" having many fine inside diameters are formed in the inside of the film. |
