PURPOSE: A system for downloading a program and method thereof are provided to reduce a time for downloading a program and to reduce cost for producing. CONSTITUTION: A personal computer(12) outputs a main program to be loaded to a micro controller(20) for an audio set. A jig(14) receives the main program being output from the personal computer(12) and outputs the main program one bit by one bit serially. A production micro controller(16) receives the main program being output from the jig(14), stores the main program in a memory(18), and transmits the main program stored in the memory(18) to the micro controller(20) by responding to a download signal. As the memories(18,20), a flash memory is used, respectively.
