PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high speed communication without the random arrival of signals from each mobile unit in a mobile communication system where signals of a plurality of mobile units are relayed. SOLUTION: In this system, a plurality of base stations 102 are connected to a communication network (host node) 101 through a digital channel (control ground channel) 104 including a control channel and the respective base stations 102 are interconnected through a plurality of control channels. One base station 102 conducts radio communication with a plurality of mobile units 103 to relay signals between the mobile units 103 and the communication network 101. |
