PURPOSE: A method for improving water quality of contaminated water by increasing magnetic force and magnetic operation of water molecules is provided. CONSTITUTION: Generally dissolved oxygen quantity of water is increased when magnetic force of water is increased. And material having strong magnetic force pulls material having weak magnetic force. According to provided method, magnet is installed for increasing magnetic force of water, or material having strong magnetic force is injected into water. And water having strong magnetic force is contacted with air by aeration and mixing, for concentrating dissolved oxygen of water. Therefore dissolved oxygen concentration of water is increased. Oxygen concentrated water manufactured by the method is used to improve water quality of contaminated water.
