The pistol body contains a piston (24) and piston rod (28) in a cylinder (45) guiding a needle (29). This opens and closes side inlet openings for di-isocyanate and polyamine. The openings lead directly into the mixing chamber. The piston is actuated by compressed air sent through passages (21) in the body, from the trigger valve (16). Return springs reset piston and trigger. PREFERRED FEATURES:- The piston spring causes safe shut off, e.g. in the event of loss of compressed air supply for any reason. A screw stop and lock nut adjust piston travel, when using valve needles of differing sizes. A needle access opening and protective cover reveal the mechanism. A trigger guard is provided. The mixing chamber has a series of opposed openings, bringing influents into contact. Compressed air from a passage, is blown at the outlet of the mixing chamber, to prevent blockage and to assist ejection of the mixture.
