摘要 PURPOSE: A transmitting and receiving apparatus in a 3G micro base station system and a setting method therefor are provided to flexibly operate a base station according to the change of traffic capacity and embody the base station at a low cost by flexibly embodying the 3G micro base station to be suitable for traffic capacity. CONSTITUTION: A base station control processor judges whether base station configuration information using a 3FA/3 sector, an 1FA/3 sector, or a 3FA/omni is inputted from an operator(S10). If base station configuration information using the 3FA/3 sector is inputted, the base station control processor transmits a slot ID and system ID corresponding to base station configuration information to 3 channel cards for setting the 3 channel cards as the 3FA/3 sector(S20). The base station control processor transmits the system ID to a logic switch, and controls the 3 channel cards and the first baseband interface card as the 3FA/3 sector, the 1FA/3 sector, or the 3FA/omni(S30). If base station configuration information using the 3FA/omni is inputted, the base station control processor transmits a slot ID and system ID corresponding to base station configuration information to each channel card for setting the first channel card as the 3FA/omni(S40). If base station configuration information using the 1FA/3 sector is inputted, the base station control processor transmits a slot ID and system ID corresponding to base station configuration information to each channel card for setting the first channel card as the 1FA/3 sector(S50).
