PURPOSE: A front pillar of a vehicle is provided to firmly assemble a door hinge and a cowl cross bar by combining a reinforcing member with the door hinge and the cowl cross bar. CONSTITUTION: A front pillar comprises a side outer panel(110) fixed with a door hinge, a side inner panel(120) welded with the side outer panel and forming a closed space, a cowl cross bar bracket(130) fixing a cowl cross bar(1) with the side inner panel, and a reinforcing member(200) connecting the side outer panel with the side inner panel. To reinforce the mounting of the door hinge and the cowl cross bar, a bolt(B) connecting the side inner panel with the cowl cross bar bracket is connected with one flange(204) of the reinforcing member and another bolt(B) connecting the side outer panel with the door hinge is connected with another flange(204') of the reinforcing member.
