PURPOSE: A cooling structure of a motor is provided to prevent damage of the motor by preventing high temperature from being transferred to the motor through the rotating shaft. CONSTITUTION: A cooling structure of a motor comprises a motor casing(1); a stator(2) installed within the motor casing, and which generates magnetic force when a power is applied; a rotor(3) installed in the stator, and which rotates when a power is applied to the stator; a rotating shaft(4) penetrating through the rotor, and which is fixed to the center of the rotor and extended outward from the motor casing; a high pressure air generator(7); an air inlet pipe(9) for supplying low temperature high pressure air generated from the high pressure air generator, into the motor casing; and an air nipple(8) connected to the motor casing, and which spouts the air supplied into the motor casing toward the rotating shaft which is extended outward from the motor casing.
