PURPOSE: A solar panel is provided to improve heat conversion efficiency by converting light energy into complete heat energy without reflecting light energy per unit area and to make semi-permanent use possible without lowering of efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A solar panel has an acute angle face formed by superposing and connecting plural metal plates(1) forming an acute angle(2) to a side. If sunlight is projected onto the surface forming the acute angle, the sunlight is reflected at the same angle as the projected incidence angle and then absorbed into the inside of the metal plate. Therefore, the metal plate is heated and a heat transfer medium is converted into heat energy by passing water or air through a heat transfer medium. Therefore, lowering of heat conversion efficiency is prevented.
